Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Full Refund less $100.00 Admin Fee up to 90 days prior to Tournament Start Date

100% refund minus $100 admin fee if cancelled prior to 90 days. After 90 days no refunds.

LDC Youth Hockey

Refunds will be given for some registration fees if written notice is given to the Treasurer of the association prior to the beginning of the season. For purposes of this section, the beginning of the season is defined as the first date that an association member is scheduled to be on the ice, for any reason. Any player to quit within the first seven days will receive a full refund. Any player to quit day eight thru December 31st will receive a 40% refund. Any player quit after December 31st will not receive any refunds. When a refund is given the player(s) will be removed from the team roster and unable to sit on the bench. If a player attends practices before tryouts/tryouts, then elects not to play, there WILL be a prorated fee accessed, to be determined by the board . Exceptions: a written notice is given within the first seven days, health related issue or injury related to on ice play at practice or tryouts. Discretion of this is up to the board but some charges “may” apply.
